What do we build?
Detached ADUs, garage conversions, attached ADUs where the city allows them, and garage apartments. Every build includes design and permits, so you are not managing a designer, an engineer and a builder separately.
Where do we work?
The City of Atlanta, Decatur, Sandy Springs, Marietta and East Point. We are a service-area business: we come to the property, and every conversation starts with the address.
How do we work?
- Zoning before drawings. In a state without an ADU law, the parcel's code decides everything, so we check it first.
- A written, itemized quote. After the site visit, before you commit.
- Straight answers. If the code does not allow what you want, we say so and explain the alternatives.
- Dated sources. Our guides say when each rule was checked and where it came from.
Is ADU Craft Atlanta licensed?
Yes. ADU Craft Atlanta is licensed & insured. Georgia licenses residential contractors through the State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors, and we include our license and insurance details in every written proposal.
